Once you place your order, we’ll begin processing it right away. Processing takes 5–10 business days, after which your order will be shipped or made available for in-store pickup. By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to the terms below.

Shipping Timeline (For Pre-Orders)

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days.
  • Delivery (Nairobi): 1–3 business days after processing.
  • Delivery (Nationwide): 2–4 business days after processing.
  • In-store pickup: Ready within 24 hours after processing.

You’ll receive a notification via WhatsApp or email once your order is ready.

Exchange & Return Policy (For Pre-Orders)

We accept size exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, if the item is unworn and in original condition.

Pre-order items are not eligible for cash returns, but may be exchanged or issued store credit if eligible.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed as production may have begun.

If your order is delayed beyond the stated processing time, you may request a full refund.
